The
stainless steel wedgewire screen is a self cleaning, high
flow filtration device.
In catch basins, the screen separates out: gross
sediment, bottles, cans, trash, cigarette butts and other
debris that would otherwise end up in drainage pipes.
Unlike other catch basin inserts, the screen generally utilizes
approximately 60% of the catch basin sump while maximizing the storage
collection area.
